Films @ AAMP: “Harriet”!


AAMP invites remote audiences to enjoy a free screening of the film "Harriet" (2h 5m), the extraordinary tale of Harriet Tubman's escape from slavery and transformation into one of America's greatest heroes, whose courage, ingenuity, and tenacity freed hundreds of enslaved people and changed the course of history.

The screening will be preceded by a brief presentation, which will provide context for some of the histories depicted in the film.
Zoom links for virtual programs will be emailed to attendees 30 minutes prior to, and at the start of each program. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders for this email.
